We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, WhatsApp messages, vehicle type and registration number, service address, and preferred appointment times. When you message our WhatsApp Business number, our system (including an AI assistant) reads your messages to answer questions about our services, provide quotes, and help schedule appointments. We also collect payment details processed through our payment partner when you pay for a service.
How We Use and Share Your Information
We use your information to schedule and deliver car cleaning services, communicate with you about bookings and service updates, process payments, and improve our service quality. We share information only as needed with trusted service providers: Meta/WhatsApp (to deliver messages), our AI assistant provider (to help generate replies to your WhatsApp messages), and our payment processor (to handle transactions). We do not sell your personal information. We retain your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
